I am new and lost.
I tend to take on a project about every 2 to 3 years ( keeps me out of trouble ).
I just finished a 67 cougar xr7 that I am very proud of it came out great.
I have wanted a pantera since I was a teenager and now I would like to do one as a project.
My budget for the initial purchase will have to stay in the 50 to 60k.

I thought that would be plenty and this would be a simple task, find a solid restorable car.
so far I have found scams and a bondo buggy.
where should I look.
I'm in North Carolina.
Thanks

Is yours red and do you go to cars and coffee?

Hello Footbrake,
You are already communicating with the local Pantera king (Husker) but I also have one (in Madison, NC). I made it to C&C on the 18th (not in the Pantera) and (although the roads were wet) I did not get rained on (lucky).

Great to hear from you.
I didn't know there were two in the area, wow
I ride through Madison on my motorcycle regularly, and stop at Bob's for Breakfast!

I'm following up on a couple leads right now. hopefully something will come through. If not, I'm patient.
