Is A/C condenser fan (fuse 7) supposed to be unswitched (can run with key off)?

Fuse 7 is hot all the time; however, the relay that energizes the circuit is switched through fuse 10. I would look at the relay circuit for your issue.

Ah, that makes sense.  I installed the Pantera Electronics ATO fuse panel and had one of the brown wires off by one row.

I have this same issue.  And I've verified with Jon Haas that all the wires on the PE Fuse Panel are correct.

So, jmardy, what wire did you move from what position to what position.  I'd like to double check mine.

Fuse 7 should have one heavy gauge red wire only and fuse 10 should have two brown and on red/black wire.

@garth66, I believe I had the brown wire that drives the A/C relay off by one row on fuse 9 which is powered all the time.
My fuse 10 now has brown, brown, red/black
