Not quite at the holy grail level but definitely rare. They come up on e-bay every once in awhile.

Hall used to have a repro version available. Not sure if they still have them available.
The center pad from a Capri is the same size and will fit on the steering wheel, as our Pantera wheel IS the Capri wheel. But the design is a little different. It lacks the stepped-down center recess on the three spokes.
I have a couple of the Capri centers in good condition. The center Capri emblem can, although with some difficulty, be removed. I had to Dremel it into pieces to remove it. Then, getting the Pantera center in place looks to be equally difficult.
