Your early trans has the triangular mount pattern already drilled. You need the cast aluminum ZF mounts for a Pantera, and/or a kit of parts to weld into your early car to support the arms. If yoy have another Pantera available as a pattern and you're handy, you may be able to fabricate the arms. Hall Pantera sells such a kit. Incidently, I would remove the two diagonal bolts from the ZF side-plates to the bell housing if you have them. These bolts, if they loosen or are improperly tightened, have been known to crack one or both cast iron ZF side plates, leading to total loss of fluid and complete trans de$truction.
To replace the std throwout with an annular hydraulic unit, you must remove the ZF and bell housing. The throwout bearing pulls off, but to remove the cast iron fingers, the two huge roll pins must be driven out UPWARDS; there is not enough room to drive them out the "easy way" unless you drive them down as far as possible, then cut them off and finish driving the remainder out. The cross shaft can be knocked out, then the needle bearings on each side removed. The cross shaft holes in the ZF remaining are where the hydraulic throwout lines go in (rt side) and the bleeder line comes out (l side). I RTV in a short piece of heater hose on each side to act as a bushing so the stainless steel lines don't abrade a slot in the ZF cases. The entire slave cylinder & mount are discarded along with the bell-crank.Set up the new throwout unit free play EXACTLY as the directions state. Too little free play will quickly destroy your assembly, probably when it's dark and raining & 50 miles from home. A stock master cylinder and ann annular throwout will give about 50% more disengagement throw at the clutch, with less effort. The hydraulic-in line can be attached to a dash-4 AN fitting (5/16-18 thread) where the red plastic line screwed into the metric hard line under the car. This metric thread is so close to the AN thread provided that with a little teflon tape, it will fit just fine without adaptors to complicate things. You may need an extra piece of AN-thread ss flex line as an extension with some units.
