1972 Pre-L

I am looking at purchasing a 1972 Pre-L. It is located in at Kassabian Motors in Dublin, CA. I was wondering if any one has seen this car and could provide information on it's condition. I have traveled to see a few cars over the past few months and the car's actual conditon was no where near what the owners represented. Looking for feedback from persons in the area who might be familar with the car to save me time and $. Any assistance would be appreciated.
