It appears all the marker / signal / brake lights have been tinted black to the point of being non-functional.

Are the headlights likewise non-functional?

These 42" tall cars are already below many SUV drivers' zone of attention. Reducing the efficiency of the OEM lighting, which is marginal at best in today's world, seems unwise.

Style at the expense of safety?

Or am I missing something?

For example - Can you see the Pantera brake lights in the photo below?
