I live in the Phoenix metro area. I consider those temps to be pleasant. Depends on your point of reference. I see Willcox is 80 degrees right now and here in Phoenix it is 98 at 5:30 P.M. I think you are more in tune with what most people would feel is hot. I'm acclimated :<).
