Reply to "2V or 4V heads"

My 4-V heads have exhaust ports almost 2" x 1-5/8", so it seems these may be 2-V heads. Another way to tell is by the big "2" (2-V) or "4" (4-V) cast into the head on the outside, above #1 exhaust. It's visible on a running engine but you may have to wipe grime off covering it. (Sorry for the previous- hit 'send' accidently)
