I had to laugh at the AZ listing & the "Recent complete restoration" comment.

"Recent" is an ambiguous/relative term.

For viewers of the pictures, get out your magnifying glasses & take note of the straw/hay underneath the supply/pressure tank!!!

Guess the straw/hay was part of the "Recent complete restoration"
