Topcat keep those heads. 400 horse is very easy with those heads. When you rebuild your shortblock you want to aim for 10:5:1 compression. Have the valve job and guides checked in the heads. I highly recommend a Parker 4 V intake and his port inserts. By using the port inserts your making the port smaller creating velocity. Which will bring the power in earlier creating lots of torque and great throttle response. Id say around 500hp on pump gas would be more like it.
