351C complete motor ...

Anyone have any interest in a complete motor 351C D2AE-CA 4 bolt mains B3ZE heads and a torker intake. Heads were just rebuilt, new cam and bearings ... the motor only had 5000k miles on it ... I removed it to freshened it up .. with intention of using it and decided to build an entirley new motor .. So this one is for sale .. not sure what its worth .. but willing to take offers. ..Oh the pulleys and AC Bracket is not included.
