Well its becoming pretty obvious I won't be able to do this on a budget unless I go with stock heads where the intake manifolds are more plentiful. Might have to be patient about finding a manifold. I've also had recommendations for Wilson Manifolds and Bennett racing do the welding work and use their rails.
