Thanks for posting this in our forum Dan. Very thorough as usual.

I'm surprised Lunati is slack on marketing a high rpm hydraulic roller for the Fords. I usually trust them to keep their Ford parts updated when everyone else is is slack in that regard. The way I interpret your information ... the Crane link bar lifter is still the best overall 351C hydraulic roller lifter. That's my evaluation because I believe a 351C should be able to rev to 7K .... or you're not getting the full 351C experience.

The Gaterman lifter (mentioned in your second post on the 351C Forum), if its truly equivalent to the Crane lifter, is certainly less expensive!
