I just sold one for $350/complete except for carb.

For anyone thinking of doing a quicky-rebuild for a Pantera or Mustang (e.g- performance use), the stock multigroove valves, keepers, harmonic balancer, timing chain & both sprockets, the weak 40-year-old cast pistons & soft rings should all go directly into the nearest dumpster without bothering to check them. They are all time-bombs waiting for an opportunity...
