351W dipstick

Okay I have a feeling I'm going to feel like a real dipstick but I cannot locate it.

Situation: FRPP block M-6007-S58 which comes with a full oil pan w/a dipstick hole (I think). This is full sump pan and not usable in my 68 Mustang. So I got a new pan which arrived today but it has no hole. I cannot find any hole anywhere on the block for the dipstick.

I'm not familiar with Windsors so is the dipstick supposed to be in the pan or the block?
