Here is where I thought it should be too. Looks like since this was a full sump application Ford just didn't drill out the front cover. I was thinking I could pull the cover drill it out from the backside and bam done. Then I realized the front cover has the front seal which means pulling the harmonic balancer and I don't want to go there.
