The website also has a great tutorial on the welding of one of their collectors.

Here are the pieces in the aligning tool.

Here is the part all welded and the edges sanded smooth sitting on top of the collector rings waiting to be tacked.

Here is the bullet welded to the collector rings.

Here it is with the finish sanded smooth.
