4.6 advantages or disadvantages?

I wanted to get some opinions of the 4.6 engine vs the 351. Has anyone switched from the 351 to the 4.6 that can outline some of the pros and cons? I appreciate the input. What kind of performance can you achieve with the 4.6? Wes
