4.6 or 5.4 replacement

Can anybody help me? In the not to distant future I plan to update my engine. I would like to go with a modular DOHC 5.4 or 4.6. I would really like the new VW W12 but that might be beyond my ability unless someone does it first. Anyway, where can I find more info on the modular engine swap?
