4 Headlight Mangusta - Who provided the Sealed Beam Lights

Does any one know who manufactured the sealed headlights for the 4 light version? I was told "it was not Carello".

After years of sitting in my garage - Mangusta restoration is now in full swing and will be on the road this year.
