Here's a similar rollback truck:

The driver attached the winch to the lift, tilted the bed up and back, and slowly fed winch cable out to put it on the ground safely.

I set mine up last week and am delequent in posting pics. Total cost with options was ~$5000. Options were 220VAC, rolling jack platform, and drip pans.
