My 403 Stroker with CHI 208cc heads and single plane manifold has a custom roller with 248INT/254EX @ .50, .630 lift, 108deg lobe separation. 11.5 comp. Idles at 800rpm with a nice lump. A little soft on the very bottom (who cares its a manual!!) but ramps up, pulls hard and revs to the moon.
