The Edelbrock sounds like a nice solution to a continuing problem?
The air gap looks exactly like the RPM Performer except for the open air base?

I haven't heard anyone mention them before as a serious solution to anything. Edelbrocks tend to be all glitz and little fizz which might explain the lack of discussion on them.

One thing for sure, you can't beat the price at under $400? If they are going to fit all of these various factory and aftermarket heads, then they are a FANTASTIC solution.

Personally I would expect them to be designed for something like a Holley 1850 which means lots of crisp off idle throttle response.
