If, for example, someone wanted to do some intake port modifications (reduction) to a set of iron 4V heads and a Holley Strip Dominator manifold where would they look for guidance?

What is the preferred type of epoxy?

How do you get enough "tooth" in the substrate to make sure the epoxy stays put?
