They type of paint they are using will look good for a few months. I did this type of paint job on a mower. Looked fine for that summer. By the next year you could not beg borrow or steal a shine. The longer it went, the worse it got. It soon looked worse than when I started.

Good paint aint cheap. My last paint job on the P cost me over $700 for just paint. I expect the next one to be over $1200. But it does last very well. Still shiny after 10 years like new, but has quite a few scratches and dents.
