They have contacted an Italian travel agency to organize the event in Italy - hotels, bus, restaurants, etc. But as they won't be present for much of it, I don't know who will be the person who herds everyone around, tells us what time is breakfast, what time we need to be back for the bus, etc. Someone from the travel agency? Good question.
