73L project in Albrta Canada

My friend has a 73L for sale (06325, I believe). I have listed it on this forum before. I have the owner talked down to $16,000US, and I believe that is a very fair price for this car. It shows some rust in the rockers and the lower quarter panels. The valence is soft but straight. There is body damage to the hood, right headlight pod, left rear quarter by the lights and right rear quarter on the outside panel seam. The motor and tranny are strong. I have some pictures.
