A 2009 would be expected to require smog....but I suspect that it is titled as a limited construction kit car...or such...unless of course the Goose tag was borrowed from the Green car, along with it's ZF and now WE HAVE TWO 8MA800 cars out there!!!!
I thought this only happened in Europe...... shake
