Reply to "A/C Hose routing"

At this point I'm considering it. The vendor I got the hoses from said that these weren't the right length for the rocker. But I think it's longer to route in the console. He also put the wrong fittings on the ends that connect to the evap. I have a female fitting on the expansion valve and a female on the hose end. He put up a fuss when I called him about it and said whoever I bought the evap and expansion valve from should have done it with a different fittings because it's a 71. I told him it was the 8 row evap and it shouldn't matter about the year. I'm a little frustrated about the whole deal. I can have had them made locally but I bought them from him to save time and frustration.
