How early is you vin? Any pics of the condenser shroud? Have you performed a leak test by having the ac shop pull a vacuum? Total replacement requires a dash removal and if the blower is rattling from age related damage, the motor and squirrel cages are available at most parts stores. For good guidance, more info is needed.
