Help sought regrding the HVAC blower switch wiring AND the radiator fan wiring for a 9000 series Pantera.

I pulled the center switch panel to look at something and the black and red wires from the AC blower came off the back of the switch. Can someone help by telling me what switch terminals they attach to ? The red is longer than the black and the other two that remained attached are white with black dots and brown.

Also, my radiator fans run continuously . Where are the thermo switches that control them or is this normal on a late model (9193) ? I kinda doubt it's normal .
