I don't have shop insurance. If my shop burned and your car was in it. I hope your car had insurance on it. You only find out how insurance works when you "make a claim" You agent can tell you "your covered" but when it is time to make a claim, you find out different. Don't get me started... The driver who caused the crash is responsible for damage to your tractor, sue him, for the damages. If his insurance does not pay, it is his problem, not yours, Glad your ok.
