Hi Angelo, For the rust in your truck, use a product such as Oxysolve to dissolve the rust and leave a zinc phosphate coating behind which will help prevent future rust. Then the area can be primed and painted as usual. For the pits in your window channel, I would just prime with Feather Fill (spray on two part polyester filler-primer) and block sand the pitted area until it is straight. You would be surprised how much filling the Feather Fill can do with just a couple heavy coats. Good luck....
