Many of us get around that problem by reading the posts at the archives. They post just about in real-time, and you can view what you want,when you want. Preferences for the forum allow you to set it up to NOT receive the emails, or even the daily digest. You retain your posting rights, view postings at the archives, and have nothing in your inbox.
