Thanks for the responses. David, yes I do want to go distributorless. I've talked to Bill Price about 3 months ago and he was close to having a product then. Also, a couple of weeks ago I did pick up an Explorer cam sync just to see what it would take to convert it. I have it now and have considered that as well. There is probably a little more accuracy in pulling the signal from the crank and the cam seperately then pulling both signals from the cam. I was just considering the AEM unit because it seemed to be an easier way to accomplish my goal. I may just save my money and get the tig welder and lathe fired up and convert the cam sync that I have from the Explorer. Thanks again.
