Andy, I recommend that you buy them and show me how good they are so I can buy them too.

Look at the photos carefully, it looks like they're the same item (as the FJ40 site), just a lot cheaper on eBay.

Seriously, I've been looking at those as well. My belts are the original non-retractor types and they're a big hassle. Drop by sometime and say hi.
