Air Conditioning conversion ?

Hello there
I'd like to convert my factory air cond from R12 to R134 !
What else do I need to change/modify apart from the compressor & freon
My air-con worked well till 2 months ago, I have to check why its not working anymore. The trouble is we can't find R12 anymore here in switzerland !!
