alignment question... again

as i have to do a alignment... what would be the best spec's for a GT5S ?
I do have the adapted A-arms so caster is OK.
I have "race" coilovers, adjustable
I use Michelin TB15 tires ( 295 and 335 )which are semi race , soft compound so have to be carefull with excessive camber
street use , very rare track , sure not racing

i must say when i search here i see alot contradictions...
