These parts will fit the Pantera front end and the ball joint holes are in the correct location for the stock spindle.
While I was going to go with an aftermarket type spindle, a Howe ball joint would be able to be adapted to the stock spindle. The Howe Ball Joints have selectable length studs to position the spindle in the correct position. I think the upper taper was Okay, but the lower taper would have had to be reamed to accept the screw in type ball joint.
I made those in about 1998ish. I was doing the Pantera convention in Las Vegas at that time. I got cancer shortly after that and had to sell my car and that is the reason I never used or finished them.
