On thing, Physics dictates that a 50/50 mixture provides the 'Highest' temperature at which the coolant 'Can' Boil. It is the 'Maximum Difference' that is Most Efficient. a 60/40 (more Prestone) would be going 'Down the Other Side of the Hill', so to speak. But, if You say Your system cools better with the 60/40; then I would think; You have proved that Law, Wrong!...
