Here is the new insert as see from the back of the car looking forward. You can clearly see the AC hump and lower dropped floor. The edge as seen around the dropped bottom is to hold the lower lid which will fold in half. The lid makes the exposed floor flat and hides the cleaning goodies you want kept hidden.

Keep in mind it is designed not to touch any surface (one inch minimum clearance everywhere)inside the engine compartment except the 12 fasteners around the top. The fastener drops will be installed into the mold after it's finished.
