another 351c build question for strokers, your input is welcome.

I'm holding on installing my 4.6 cobra motor for now and going with a stroked 351c motor.

What is the cheapest way to build a 377 with over 400ph rear wheel that can survive at 7200+ rpms should I want to spin there for fun.
What I currently have in stock
1. 2v headers for pantera
2. Xcelerator intake modified with porting, polishing and spade fins welded in, 2v.
3. ported polished 2v open and aussie heads.
4. Cleaned up 4v heads closed.
5. 2 bolt and 4 bolt blocks
6. Msd dis,box,knob,coil
7. stainless steel rockers 1.83 and aluim 1.73

What I would like to put together.
Stroke the stock crank with offset grind, use chevy 6" rods I beam featherweights. KB pistons for I have no plans for poweradders. Lighten the crank alittle. Use a solid lift cam with 580 lift 236 dur and about 110 lobe with conical springs. Use 1.73 rockers on top of aussie heads with slightly bigger valves. The ported aussies make almost the same power in this combo as 4v, only about down 15hp. The 2v velocity makes up for the lack of flow. Mpg windage tray and oil line plus restrictors.
Hoping that the 2v aussie will allow me to run 10.4 compression. Maybe not Frowner

My questions
1. anyone have piston part numbers for using the 3.7 stroke with 6" rods?
2. Should I stick with the celerator intake that I modified or go with the funnel.
3. How much hp difference would there be if I used an aluminum 3v head?
