I am a car guy. Not a Chevy or Ford guy. I have had lots of Chevy's and Ford's over the years. I buy what I like based on my personal preference and what I think is the best.

You can tell who on this board is a car guy and who is a Ford or Chevy guy. If I felt there was a better Ford engine to retrofit in my Pantera I would have used it. IMO, let me say that again, IMO the LS376 is the best fitting retrofitted motor for the Pantera when you consider the HP per dollar number and the ease of installation.

For me, I don't care about if I devalue my car since I will never sell it. When I'm gone the car will go to my son.

Like I said, if (IMO) there was a better Ford engine to put in my car I would have done it. I say again... to each their own...
