Reply to "Another Pantera Owner Buys an NSX ?"

I couldn't agree more with you. That's why another Pantera is not to far off for me in addition to my NSX. The Pantera just won't be my daily driver anymore. Specially at $3.25 a gallon and rising for gas.

But how I do miss the beautiful sounds of the Cleveland Orchestra as you put it. It sturs the soul for sure....

Having owned both, I couldn't think of a better combination of cars to own. I think it's the best of both worlds, old vs. new, muscle vs. refinement.

I can appreciate the wonderful engineering of the NSX. If you want a car that is virtually turn the key and everything works every time the NSX is a true Honda product. If you are looking for an exciting daily driver this a great choice.

But for me the NSX is too refined. The styling while a personal matter is to me also a yawn. The car just lacks soul.

My Pantera is not my daily driver. My new Acura TSX is the practical choice for Atlanta's daily grid lock. But the Pantera is my passion. There is always that wonderful smell of the fine Italian pleather interior. The great noise from the Cleveland Orchestra is the only music I need.

This Italian mistress often teases and puts me in place with various needs for repairs.
But for me the car exudes soul and never fails to put an ear to ear grin on my face on each and every drive.
