Yes the car is present in the Registry. It was even advertised for sale at the Registry back when it was in the USA.

Several previous owners are recorded, along with Documentation from Carroll Shelby, and AutoExotica
who did the EPA/DOT work.

If you would send a photo of the Euro-VIN plates (front trunk, passender side inner fender) that would be sufficient to switch ownership and control of the dataase entry to you. Please send your photos to editor1@provamo.com (automatic processor) with 9425 in the subject line the system will set you up accordingly.
