This is a close cousin to the unit used in our Panteras, but the unit pictured mounts in a hole and is retained only by the tension of its retaining tabs.

The unit used in our cars is retained with a threaded nut on the backside of the dashboard hole.

I cannot say whether the pictured unit is electrically the same as the original Pantera unit.
