Cross country is fun but I started leaning toward the stol option for it's versatility and ease of operation. I'm only a spectator at this point, I went to GS and flew around with a few different guys and got plenty of stick time. The way they do it in AK is if you can get some stick time before your lessons, then you are much, much more relaxed and you will do better during instruction.
