Sure I've driven naked.

It's dangerous though. Lots of gawkers and people leaning out the windows yelling rude things.

I found it is best to keep a kielbasa on the seat with you. Just in case some one sticks their head in the window, you just wack them in the head with it...unless she's pretty...then you just show her the kielbasa?
