Are Fan Relays SPST?

Thanks to the photos and diagrams on Pantera Place, I have figured out some of the odd wiring in my relay panel. In short, I think the are bypassed. Maybe this was a common mod? Wires are pulled off the relays and jumpered together. Also a wire was spliced into the non-fused feed side of the fuse panel, had an inline fuse, and it then joined one of the wires that was removed from a relay.

So, I can figure out how it was all supposed to be. What I don't know is if the relays are any good. I've never tested relays before, but Mr. Google makes it look straight forward. ARe the fan relays simple SPSTs? I *think* they are?
