That is the later relay panel, yes? My wire colors lined up with the early one on Pantera Place, but not this one. I think where this has yellow on the fan relays, I have green/black. A few other differences as well.

So, I kind of assume a PO wired the fans so they would come on all the time (which, at least one of them did as soon as I turned the key). But, I figure I should test the relays to be sure, then buy a horn relay.
And a horn, for that matter.

I enjoy this, but it is slooooow going.
